I painted this large canvas for a show at Tampa International Airport, at a time when our boys spent a good deal of time at the city’s downtown Florida Aquarium. Although neither one of them ever took to loving the beach the way I did, they loved the fish and other underwater creatures there. I was also painting things for fundraisers for the Tampa Museum of Art and the Florida Orchestra, so I guess it all ended up in this fanciful room. Question: How does a seahorse play a piano?
